Returns - Webshop

At the Micro's webshop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your order within 14 days of arrival.

Returns procedure

  1. Please fill out the return form completely so that we can register your request.

  2. You will receive a confirmation via email and a return address for your shipment.

  3. If the conditions are met, you will receive a refund within 30 days after we receive the package.

  • Shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer, unless there is a proven mistake by Unilight.

  • The packaging must be unopened and undamaged upon arrival at our warehouse.

  • Returns must be requested through the return form within 14 days of the customer receiving the package.
