Our story
The search
It all began when Cesar (21) and Yuval (22) wanted to make a difference. Studying wasn’t their calling, but sitting still wasn’t an option either. The big question was, how can we do something meaningful? Soon enough, we discovered microgreens!
Container stage
Transforming a container, gathering all the necessary materials, and figuring everything out ourselves—it was a tough challenge, but we pulled it off! Before we knew it, we were supplying several restaurants and had fine-tuned our first products.
The second expansion
The greenhouse is getting too small! After extensive discussions and planning, we successfully acquired a 6000m² greenhouse. This new location is our home base where we can realize our dream of bringing microgreens to a broader audience!
The origin
So rare yet so pure, and sadly almost impossible to find. There had to be something special about them. After just a few days of research, the decision was made.
The first expansion
After 15 months of production in the container, we decided to move to a larger greenhouse. Following three months of construction, we were finally ready to start again—everything brand new, from the infrastructure to the cultivation methods. This time, growing in harmony with the seasons under the radiant sun!
The Future
A healthy population is the foundation of a thriving society. We believe that microgreens can make a meaningful contribution, and we’re excited to see what the future will bring!
Packaging
The plastic clamshell packaging we use for our microgreens is both recyclable and resealable. This ensures the microgreens stay fresh and are well-preserved even after opening.
In our view, plastic packaging isn’t ideal either. We would prefer to use natural packaging, but that’s not yet feasible for our product. However, we are continuously searching for better alternatives!
We want to ask our customers to always throw our packaging in the right garbage can!
